Have you ever wanted to go someplace with your baby that’s not quite conducive to your stroller, but he was too big for your infant carrier? We are blessed to have large, chubby babies and my poor Snugli gets used for about 3 months before it’s too small! By the time we had our second child, I found a life saver in the Playtex Hip Hammock. It’s made for larger babies starting at 15lbs and holds up to 40lbs. It has the child sitting on your hip with the usual straps on your back and around your waist for support. We have used it a ton and even shared it with my brother’s family when we weren’t using it. I now have it back and am using again. It’s still in great shape and I’m sure when we’re done, someone else will get great use out of it as well.

They vary in price depending on where you buy it. They range from $30 to $50. It’s the same product at the more expensive store, so why buy there? The cheapest I found it was on Amazon.com. Follow that link and check it out! It’s a great product.
