Lego Cake
My kids love Legos so I couldn’t resist adding this recipe. It looks pretty easy and it turns out so cute. (That’s why I like it so much!)
Basically, you make up a cake using any flavor of cake mix. Personally, I think white might work best so it doesn’t show through the frosting. Once it cools, cut it into sections to resemble different sized Lego bricks. Slice several large marshmallows in half, and place them on the cake sections to make the little “bumps” on the Legos.
